I work with individual adults covering a range of difficulties which can include abortion; anger; anxiety; bereavement; bullying; careers; carers; depression; disability; fertility; illness; low self-esteem; pregnancy/birth; relationship problems; stress; and many more, on a short term basis.
I will not give you advice or tell you what to do, but support you to find your own path by being truly heard.
Humanistic counselling (in which I am trained) is based on the belief that you are the expert on yourself and you have the resources within you to find the direction you want to take, reaching your true potential. I will be there to walk along side and support you on your journey.
My integrative training (predominately Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy and Transactional Analysis) allows me to utilise skills that will best suit your individual needs, pulling from me what you need at that time.
